Cinco de Mayo (May 5)
A day of entertainment and festivities commemorating the Battle of Puebla when
a Mexican militia defeated the invading French Army. Festivities include the
crowning of a fiesta queen, carnival rides, food booths, entertainment & soccer
tournament.
Doheny Heritage Music Festival (May 22-23)

Doheny State Beach
The annual May festival is located on the Doheny State Beach and includes food
vendors, artistic performers, gift store and three stages featuring continuous
music. The doors open at 11am and music plays until 9pm.
Anaheim Children's Art Festival (Late May)

At the Center Street Promenade in late May, this day-long festival has grown
since its1997 founding by the Anaheim Arts Council, and now draws about 7,000
to try projects in staffed booths.
